Firstly.................I am a smoker and there are cats in the house! so you must be a cat lover. English speaker preferred.
Porta Portese is well known for the huge market on Sundays, the apartment is situated at the start of the market, 2 minutes walk from Trastevere train station, 5 minutes walk to Testaccio. Well serviced by buses and the number 8 tram for easy access to the center. The area also has plenty of parking if you have a car.
I am offering a spacious, nicely decorated double bedroom, fully furnished, plenty of storage, with a large T.V and DVD player in the room.
The apartment has Wi-fi, microwave, washing machine etc. Obviously we will share the kitchen and bathroom.
It is a ground floor apartment so there is no terrace, but we do have a huge roof terrace for sunbathing or quick drying of clothes.
Rent is €450 a month, plus bills, which normally are not too bad.
