 Landlord's Comments :
A sunny and cosy room is available for short-time rent in the Old Monteverde area, close to Trastevere (at walking distance to the Trastevere Station). The room has a queen-size bed and access to a private bathroom with bathtub and shower. Altough we (a young couple) live in the house, the room is is very well isolated: two consecutive doors separate it from the rest of the house, so privacy is guaranteed. Our apartment is located in a central and safe area, between the historical Villa Pamphili gardens and the Trastevere Railway station. By train, bus or tram, you can easily reach most of the attractions in town. Just an example: the Vatican is at merely one train stop from here (less than 5 minutes, by train). The cleaning of the room is not included: we will add 10 EUR to your total bill for the cleaning. Please, be aware that one cat lives in the house: he is not allowed into the bedrooms, but he lives in the house, and people with allergies shall be aware. RATES : Single room : 40 EUR per night Double room : 50 EUR per night post-departure cleaning : 15 EUR to be added to the total bill washing machine : 5 EUR per full load if interested, please contact us at the following e-mail address: quetzalkoala@inwind.it
