Our flat is 160 square meters (over 1700 sq.feet) and it's fully furnished.
There is a spacious living-room with a functioning fireplace, a 28" tv with cable, dvd and over 800 movies (most of them in Italian language).
A nice balcony with table and chairs.
There is also an office room with a vintage desk and design armchairs.
A nice and fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher.
A laundry area with washing machine,
Wi-Fi Internet connection is available 24/7.
Cleaning service (only for the communal rooms, not for the bedrooms).
Central heating.
Price: EUR 600/month all bills included (heating, gas, electricity, water, phone, internet, cleaning, community taxes).
THE ROOM:
The room will be available starting January 1, 2011.
It's 16 sq.metres (170 sq.feet) and fully furnished.
It has access to a shared bathroom (with Valeria, a 34 y.o. woman).
WHO LIVES HERE:
Two persons live in the house: Emiliano (38, a journalist) and Valeria (34, a bookshop assistant).
We are both well-educated, quiet, clean, tidy and responsible persons, and we are used to live in a shared flat.
We both spend little time at home, due to our working schedules, so a high level of privacy is guaranteed.
OUR IDEAL FLATMATE:
Our ideal flatmate would be a female (Valeria would prefer to share the bathroom with a person of her same sex).
Also, the flatmate we are looking for is clean, tidy, responsible.
