A large room with private bathroom and Wi-Fi internet connection is available for rent in Trastevere/Monteverde area. The room has a private bathroom with shower, a large double-bed, and also a small terrace. Wireless Internet connection is available for free. Our house is located between the historical Villa Pamphilii park and the Trastevere Railway station (at 15 minutes by the very heart of town!). By metropolitan train, bus or tram, it's easy to reach most of the town's touristic attractions (for example, the Vatican is at just 4 minutes from the station, while old Trastevere and the Gianicolo are at walking distance). Please, be informed that a cat lives in the apartment, so allergic people should be aware of it before booking. Please, also be aware that we expect our guests to be very tidy and clean. Drugs use and "alcoholic behaviour" will be not tolerated. PRICES: Single: EUR 50/night Double: EUr 70/night Cleaning fee: EUR 15 No hidden fees.
