I have a large, spacious, fully furnished double bedroom for long term rent from mid February.
The room is nicely decorated, has large Tv and dvd player, lots of storage space and bed linen.
The apartment is on the ground floor with a huge roof terrace for sunbathing (I have 2 sunbeds up there) and drying clothes .
It has all the things you would expect a house to have, wireless internet, double glazed windows, washing machine, microwave, pots, pans, other kitchen appliances, etc.
Obviously we would share the bathroom and the kitchen.
The apartment is situated at the start of Porta Portese market (every Sunday). There is plenty of parking if you have a car, 2 minutes walk to Trastevere train station, 2 minutes walk to the number 8 and 3 tram, 5 minutess walk into Testaccio, numerous bus routes and McDonalds right across the road!
Rent is €450 a month plus bills
There are cats in the apartment so you must be a cat lover! I am a smoker, although I keep saying I will quit!
