I am offering a spacious, nicely decorated double bedroom, fully furnished, plenty of storage, with a large T.V and DVD player in the room. The apartment has Wi-fi, microwave, washing machine etc. Obviously we will share the kitchen and bathroom. It is a ground floor apartment so there is no terrace, but we do have a huge roof terrace for sunbathing or quick drying of clothes. Rent is €450 a month, plus bills, which normally are not too bad.
